The hog was taken off the spit at 12pm and by 1-30pm had been completely consumed by visitors who queued patiently for a taste.

We served and produced in excess of 230 bread rolls / baguettes with pork, crackling and apple sauce and 40 + bread rolls with BBQ sausages and onions.

This event was a massive success for us and we would like to thank everyone who viewed and subsequently sampled our Hog Roast.

A big thanks also to the 'couples' who specifically requested a formal quote for a Hog Roast for their wedding event.

The Queen Mothers personal Piper with Mark Danson
John piped the bride & groom into the marquee as they arrived back from the church, a truly memorable moment.
John was Personal Piper to the Queen Mother for five years between 1985 and 1990 playing for her every year on her birthday, he also came out of retirement to play at her funeral on 5 April 2002.
