WEDDING VENUE EVENTS

Written confirmation and/or receipt of a deposit for a booking implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
 
  • All functions require written confirmation to Alkham Valley Hog Roast, accompanied by a 25% deposit of the quote provided, within 14 days of the booking. The deposit is non-returnable in the event of a cancellation.
 
  • Bookings made a year in advance require a deposit of £50 to secure the date and then a 25% deposit of the total estimated food bill 3 months before the date of the event.
 
  • In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed event the following charges will apply:-
  1. If the cancellation is made more than two months before the event the deposit will be charged.
  2. If the cancellation is made within two months of the event 50% of the total value of the event will be charged.
  3. Cancellation within fourteen days of the event, the total value of the event will be charged.
 
  • The balance of the quote is due 14 days prior to the event, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in advance.

  • Children between the ages of 5 and 12 are charged at 60% the adult price. Under 5’s at 30% the adult price.

  • Cheques should be made payable to Alkham Valley Hog Roast.
 
  • Confirmation of final numbers attending the function must be provided 14 days prior to the event. The numbers notified would be the minimum figure charged. A variation of increased numbers may require the costing of the event to be reviewed.
 
  • Main Wedding Breakfast charges include the provision of crockery and cutlery and sundry items but do not include napkins or tablecloths. Crockery breakages will be charged at the replacement cost.

  • Any additional costs will be billed following the event and
    payment should be made within 7 days.
 
  • Alkham Valley Hog Roast reserves the right to substitute any item in the chosen menu for an appropriate alternative due to seasonal availability on certain food stock. If this occurs the client will be advised accordingly.

  All prices quoted include VAT where appropriate
